Narendra Agencies

Narendra Agencies is a small place we run over on Sadar Patrappa Road, right at number 17 near the Neelkanth Mahadev Road. This area is known for being crowded, and our shop is no exception. We’ve got boxes stacked almost to the ceiling, which makes the space feel even smaller than it is. We spend most of our time answering the phone or talking to people who drop in for supplies. It’s a busy life, and we don't really have time for anything polished or corporate. The floor is concrete and shows all the years of heavy boxes being moved around. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you walk in, you’ll likely see us in the middle of a task, maybe checking an invoice or loading a small cart. We’ve known the other shop owners on Kotni Rang for a long time, and we often share a cup of tea in the afternoons. It’s a tight-knit community here. We don’t use any marketing tricks to get customers. People come to us because they know we’ve been here forever and we just give them what they need. Sometimes we make mistakes with the paperwork, but we always fix it once we realize. It’s just a regular business run by normal people who are trying to stay busy. The heat can be quite bad in the afternoons, but we just keep the fan going and keep working until it is time to close up the shop and head home.
