Narayanan Chaudhuri & Association

Narayanan Chaudhuri & Association is based up on the second floor of 17/2 in Richmond Town. It is in that area called Vill Khada Lahora, which stays quite busy most days of the week. Being on the second floor means we have to climb the stairs quite a bit, but you get used to it after the first few weeks of working here. The office space is okay, it gets a decent amount of light in the afternoons. We handle our day-to-day tasks without making much of a fuss about things. It’s mostly just the sounds of keyboards and people talking on phones throughout the day. Richmond Town has changed a lot since we first set up shop here, but our corner feels more or less the same. We don’t have any slick receptionists or big glass walls, just a functional space where we get the work finished. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks a lot, which can be a bit of a distraction, but we just ignore it and carry on. We keep a kettle in the corner for making coffee because the walk down to the street can be a hassle when we are busy. It’s a straightforward place. We know most of the people who work in the other offices around here. Narayanan Chaudhuri & Association isn’t a huge place, but it serves us well for what we do. We usually head out by six or seven depending on how much is left on the desks. We try to keep things simple and avoid all the extra drama of a big corporate office. It works for us and the people who come by to see us.
