Our office is located in Malleshwaram, right near the Shalimar Apartment building. It is a pretty old part of town with a lot of trees and narrow streets. We have been working from this spot for quite some time, trying to help people find jobs and helping businesses find staff. It is a lot of looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for a break. Some days the office is full of people waiting to talk, and other days it is just me and the files. We do not have any fancy software to do the work; it is mostly just knowing who is hiring and who is looking. Malleshwaram has a certain way of doing things, and we try to stick to that local feel. It is not about being a big corporate headhunter; it is more about knowing the person who needs a clerk or a driver. Sometimes we spend hours on the phone just verifying details. It is tiring work but it is what we know. The office is small and the chairs are not the newest, but it gets the job done. If you are walking past Shalimar Apt, you cannot really miss our entrance. We do not have big flashy signs, just a simple board outside. It is a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way for everyone who walks through the door. We just take it one person at a time.
