Nair Paying Guest Accomodation is situated in Indira Nagar, right by the KSSIDC building in the III Stage area. We’ve been running this place for quite a few years now. Indira Nagar is a popular spot for people coming into the city for work, so we stay pretty full most of the time. It’s not a hotel, it’s a PG. That means things are simple. We provide a bed, some space for your things, and the usual utilities. We spend a lot of our time making sure the water is running, the place is kept somewhat tidy, and the food is edible for everyone. It can get a bit noisy when everyone comes back from work, but that’s part of the life here. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a concierge. It’s just us making sure the rooms are okay and the bills are paid. Sometimes the Wi-Fi acts up or a pipe leaks, and we have to get it fixed as fast as we can. We try to keep it a decent place for people who are just starting out in their careers or studying nearby. Living in this part of town is expensive, so we provide a more basic, affordable option. There’s no big corporate management here; you just talk to us directly if there’s a problem. It’s just a house where people live while they’re figuring things out.
