Naidu Associates

Naidu Associates is based out of the Krishna Sai Building, which is number 12 in the Koramangala area. This part of the city is always full of life, and our office reflects that a bit. It is a functional space where we handle a variety of property matters for people in the neighborhood. We have been in this building for some time now, and we’ve seen the area change quite a lot. The office itself is quite plain, with just enough room for us to work and a small area for visitors to sit down. We mostly deal with local rentals and some land sales in the nearby streets. Every morning, we check our messages and see who is looking for what. It involves a lot of coordination between owners and tenants, which can be a bit messy sometimes with all the different schedules. Koramangala has a lot of trees, so it is nice to walk around when we go to show a property, though the traffic is always a challenge. We don't use any corporate jargon here. We just tell people what we know about the buildings and the landlords. Most of our time is spent either at the desk typing up agreements or out on the field checking the condition of a flat. It is the kind of work where you are always learning something new about the local streets and the people who live in them every day.
