The office is basically just a room with some desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. It’s a place to work, plain and simple. We handle a variety of goods, depending on what people are looking for at the time. Sometimes the day is spent entirely on the phone, and other times we are out meeting people face to face. Nageshwar Nagen Halli is a decent spot for us because it’s easy for our regulars to find. We don't have a big staff, so everyone knows how to do everything from answering the door to checking the ledgers. It gets a bit messy with all the paperwork, but we manage to keep things straight. We don't go in for big promises or fancy talk. We just tell people what we have and what the price is. Most of our customers have been with us for years because they know we are just regular folks trying to run a business. It’s a quiet life for the most part, just keeping the trade moving day by day.
