Mysore Wood Palace is located at 867 Agaram Post. If you know where the Vasanth Complex is, we are right there. Being near Agarwal Eye Hospital makes it easy for people to find us since everyone knows that landmark. We spend our days surrounded by the smell of cut wood and stain. It is a bit messy in the back with all the shavings on the floor but that is part of the charm of a workshop. We have all kinds of furniture sitting around the showroom. Some pieces have been here a while and others go out as soon as they are finished. People come in looking for something sturdy for their homes and we show them what we have. It’s a local business and we don't try to be anything else. The Vasanth Complex is a good place to be even if the parking is a bit tight sometimes. Agaram Post is a busy area but once you step inside our place, it’s a bit quieter. We aren't some big factory line. Each piece of wood gets looked at by a person. We have guys here who have been working with their hands for years. They don't say much but they know their wood inside and out. We just want to make sure the stuff we sell lasts for a long time. It is honest work and we are happy to be here in this neighborhood serving the local people.
