Mysore Food Products Ltd is located right on Sankey Road, specifically at number 17 on Jnana Bharthi Road. It’s an interesting spot because of where the roads meet. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. Dealing with food products means there’s always something to move or pack. The office is a bit small, and we have papers stacked up on most of the desks. It’s not one of those modern glass buildings you see downtown. We like it here though. The air is okay, and we get a good amount of light in the mornings. Most of the staff comes in early. We start with coffee and then get into the orders. It’s a lot of logistics, honestly. You wouldn't think food took this much paperwork, but it does. We try to stay on top of things, but sometimes we get behind when a truck is late. That’s just life at 17 Jnana Bharthi Road. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us. We focus on getting the products out. Sankey Road can get jammed up in the evenings, so we usually try to finish everything before the rush hour hits. It’s a steady kind of job. We’ve known some of our suppliers for a decade. It’s just how we do things here. We keep our heads down and work hard. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing all afternoon, which can be a bit stressful but we manage.
