We are based on the 3rd floor of a building at 81/1-1 New Tharagpet, 2nd Main, 2nd Cross. It’s near the Victoria Eye Hospital, which helps people find us. Being on the third floor means a lot of walking up and down stairs all day. We handle transport logistics from here. It’s mostly paperwork and phone calls to drivers and clients. The office is pretty simple, just some desks, old files, and a fan that clicks. Tharagpet is a busy area for trade, so there is always movement outside. We spend a lot of time tracking where the loads are and making sure things get delivered. Sometimes there are problems with the trucks or the weather, and we have to stay late to sort it out. It’s not an easy job, but we’ve been doing it for years. We know the routes well and we know most of the regular drivers. We don't use much technology, just our phones and a few notebooks to keep track of everything. It’s a bit cramped in here when everyone is working at once. We usually have tea delivered from the shop downstairs a few times a day. We just try to get the work done without making a fuss. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. We keep the books updated and try to stay on top of the schedule. That's about all there is to it.
