Msps Servecess is run from the first floor of a building in Subbanna Garden, Vijaynagar. The exact spot is number 38, on the 7th Main and 4th Cross. It’s a bit of a mouthful to tell people over the phone, but it’s easy to find once you’re in the area. Mangal M. Patil is the name associated with the place, and it’s a very local operation. We don’t have a big corporate structure or managers for every little thing. It’s just a few of us working together in a small space. The office is located in a residential-heavy part of Bengaluru, so it’s fairly quiet during the work hours, aside from the occasional street vendor passing by. We handle various service requests and paperwork. It’s the kind of work that requires focus, and being in a garden area helps with that. We don't have a cafeteria, so we usually just bring lunch from home or eat at the small place around the corner. The furniture is a bit old, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We aren't looking to become some massive tech giant. We just want to keep our clients happy and keep the office running smoothly. Most of the people who work here live within walking distance or a short bus ride away. It’s a very grounded, local way to work.
