M/S Vijayaa Steels Ltd

We are based in Bangalore, specifically at the Aryan Arcade on 1st Street in Papanna Layout. If you know R.T. Nagar, we aren't too far from the post office. Vijayaa Steels Ltd has been operating out of room 102 for quite some time. It's an office building, so it’s a bit different from a big factory floor, but we still deal with a lot of steel supply and logistics from here. The traffic in Bangalore can be a real headache, so getting to the office sometimes takes longer than the actual work. Inside, it's mostly desks, computers, and a lot of talk about tonnages and delivery dates. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep our customers happy with their orders. The office gets a bit stuffy in the afternoons, but we have some good people working here who make the time pass quickly. We don't use any fancy management software; we mostly stick to what we know works. Sometimes there’s a lot of shouting on the phones when things get delayed, but that’s just the nature of the steel business. We’ve been in this layout for years and have seen the streets get busier and busier. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next shipment. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the trucks are moving. Nothing too glamorous about it, just work.
