We are situated at number 11, 8th A Cross in the Pampa Extension. This is part of Hebbal Kempapura, right near the big Hebbal area in Bangalore. It’s a 560 024 postcode if you’re looking it up. Our office is busy because we handle a lot of workforce solutions and staffing stuff. There are always people coming in and out, and the phones never really stop ringing. It’s a bit of a trek for some of us because the Hebbal flyover traffic is legendary, but once you’re here in the Pampa Extension, it gets a bit quieter. The building we’re in is practical and serves its purpose well. We have a lot of desks and a few small rooms for meetings. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find bean bags or ping pong tables. We’re mostly focused on getting people sorted with their jobs and making sure the paperwork is right. Sometimes it feels like we’re drowning in spreadsheets, but that’s just the nature of what we do. We grab coffee from a small shop down the road when we need a break. The team is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces. We just try to keep things moving as efficiently as we can without making it too stressful. It’s a regular office doing regular work, and we are fine with that. We just take it one day at a time.
