Mr Prasad

Mr Prasad's place is right on the ground floor at 93/03 in Vp Layout. It's on 2nd Cross, just off Southend Road in Basavanagudi. Being in Bangalore 4 means it's a pretty old-school part of town. The office isn't big, but it fits what we need. We've been here for a good stretch. Basavanagudi has that nice feel to it, lots of trees and old buildings. We mostly deal with people coming in for advice or paperwork. It can get a bit dusty with the windows open, but we like the air. There's a lot of history on Southend Road. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or big signs. It’s just Mr Prasad and a couple of us helping out. We take things as they come. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour, so we just wait it out or grab a coffee at the stand nearby. It's a relaxed atmosphere, no suits or ties required. People drop by without appointments sometimes and we try to see them if we aren't too buried in work. It's a local spot for local needs. We know the neighbors and the guy who sells snacks on the corner. That’s just how we operate. Nothing fancy, just the ground floor office at Vp Layout. We've been at it for years and haven't seen a reason to change much. It works for us and the people who visit. We just keep things moving and help where we can.
