We are located at 1269/1 in Manjunatha Layout, specifically on Vidyaranyapura 1st Main. It’s a decent-sized kitchen space where we spend most of our waking hours. My brother and I started this because we wanted to do something on our own. It’s not a fancy restaurant with nice tablecloths or a big staff. It’s mostly just us and a couple of helpers in the back. The mornings are usually the busiest part of the day. We have to get all the vegetables chopped and the sauces started before the lunch rush kicks in. The stoves make the whole place very hot, even with the fans running full blast. We don't have a big corporate structure or a manager. We just handle everything ourselves, from the cooking to the cleaning. Sometimes the delivery bikes are lined up outside the door and it gets a bit chaotic. Vidyaranyapura is a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside. The walls are a bit stained from the steam, and the floor is worn down in the spots where we stand the most. We don't have a big menu with lots of choices. We just stick to what we know how to cook well. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we’re used to it by now. We just try to get the orders out as they come in and hope the day goes smoothly.
