We are located at Andrahalli Main Road 66/1. Even though the name Motorolla India Pvt Ltd sounds very big and official, this specific office feels a lot more local. We have a set of desks and a small break area where we spend most of our time. The road outside, Andrahalli Main Road, is always full of dust and traffic noise, so we keep the windows shut most of the time. We have a security guard at the front who has been with us for a while and knows everyone’s face. Our work involves a lot of coordination and looking over various projects. It’s not all high-tech and exciting every day; there is a lot of regular office work and sitting in meetings that go on for too long. We have a small canteen nearby where we usually grab lunch together. The people working here are from all over, but we’ve become a bit of a tight group over the months. Sometimes the AC breaks down and we all have to sit there sweating until the repairman shows up from the other side of town. We don't have a big fancy lobby with waterfalls or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we get our tasks done. We try to leave on time because the traffic on the main road can be a real headache in the evening. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do their best.
