Morpheus Career Consultants Pvt Ltd is tucked away in the Leo Shopping Complex on Residency Road. We are in units 44 and 45. Residency Road is always a bit of a mess with traffic and people rushing around, so the shopping complex is a nice place to be based. Our office is where we spend the day talking to people about their jobs. It’s not a big, shiny place. We have some filing cabinets, a few computers, and a small table for interviews. It’s pretty functional. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. Usually, one of us just looks up from our desk when someone walks in. We spend a lot of time looking at resumes and trying to figure out where people might fit in different companies. It can be a lot of talking and listening. The Leo Shopping Complex has been around for a while, so the building has a bit of character. Sometimes the elevators are slow, so we just take the stairs. It’s a good location because it’s central, making it easy for folks from all over the city to reach us. We don't promise anything impossible. We just look at what’s available and try to give honest advice. Most days are just a steady stream of emails and phone calls. It’s a regular job for us, helping people find their next regular job. The carpet in unit 45 is a bit worn down near the door where people walk in most.
