Moobile World

Moobile World is over at Frazer Town on Gulabai Tekra 67/2. It’s just a small place we’ve had for a while now. Most mornings start with dusting the glass counters because the road outside gets pretty dusty with all the traffic. We’ve got phones lined up in the cases and a bunch of chargers and cables hanging on the walls. People come in mostly when their screens crack or when the battery stops holding a charge like it used to. Sometimes it’s just someone asking for directions or wanting to know which prepaid plan is okay. It gets a bit cramped when more than three people are standing inside, but we make it work. The light inside is a bit bright, but it helps when you’re looking at those tiny screws inside a phone. We don’t have any big signs or fancy decorations. Just the stuff we need to get through the day. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait around, but that's just how it is. We try to keep things organized but by afternoon there are parts and tools all over the workbench. It’s noisy outside with the bikes and cars constantly moving toward the main road. If the tea stall next door is busy, we usually wait a bit for our break. It’s just a regular spot for folks in the neighborhood to get their tech sorted out without any fuss. We close up when the street lights come on and head home.
