You can find us at 24/1(Jph) on 5th Cross in Lic Colony. We are tucked into Jayanagar 3rd Block East, which is a pretty nice part of Bangalore. It’s got those big trees and a bit of a quieter feel than the rest of the city. Monster.Com India Pvt Ltd is the name on our mail, but to us, it’s just the office where we come every morning. We spend a lot of time on computers, looking at job listings and trying to make sense of the hiring market. The office is usually full of the sound of typing and people chatting about resumes. It’s not like those fancy tech campuses you see in the news. It’s a regular building in a regular neighborhood. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator, or the delivery guy gets lost trying to find 5th Cross. We’ve been here in Bangalore for a while, and Jayanagar feels like home. We don't do much in the way of big speeches about our goals. We just show up, log in, and try to help people find work. It’s a lot of data and a lot of emails. The 3rd Block is a good place to be because you can get a decent lunch nearby. We’re just a group of people working in a colony office, doing our best to keep the website running and the jobs moving for everyone.
