Mohan Rao Accommodation

We are located over in BTM Layout, specifically at 18 on the 7th Main in the 2nd Stage area. It’s a pretty straightforward building where we look after the rooms and the people staying here. Most of the time is spent checking the taps, making sure the lights work, and handing out keys to whoever is moving in for the week or month. The neighborhood is fairly busy, so there is always some noise from the street, but once you get inside and up the stairs, it settles down a bit. We don't have a big lobby with fancy chairs or anything like that. It is just a desk near the entrance and the hallway leading to the rooms. We try to keep the place tidy, though sometimes the rain brings in some mud from the road. The 2nd Stage is a good spot because there are plenty of shops nearby if you need a bite to eat or a recharge for your phone. We’ve seen a lot of different people come through these doors, from students to folks just starting a new job in the city. Our days are mostly about routine—cleaning up after someone leaves and getting the next room ready. There isn't any big sign with flashing lights, just the number on the gate. It is a simple setup for anyone who just needs a place to sleep and keep their things while they go about their business in BTM.
