Modernarchs Consultants Private Limited operates out of Flats 8, 9, and 10 in the Shri Shankar Narayana Residency. We are located on the 2nd Cross, 1st Main of the Lakshmi Layout in Gharebhavipalya. This is in the 560068 area of Bangalore, Karnataka. Having three flats next to each other gives us enough room to spread out our consulting work. One room is mostly for files, another for the main desks, and the third is where we usually meet people. The residency is a standard apartment building, so it feels very much like a community. We have been here for a while and know the security guards and the neighbors pretty well. Gharebhavipalya is a busy part of town, so there is always something happening outside on the street. Inside the office, we keep things simple. We do not have any expensive art or designer furniture. It is just functional stuff that helps us do our consulting jobs. Sometimes we get together for lunch in one of the kitchen areas of the flats. It is a comfortable way to work. The 2nd Cross can get a bit crowded with parked scooters and cars, but we manage. We like being in Lakshmi Layout because it is central to many things we need for our daily tasks. Our routine involves a lot of reading and drafting reports for our clients. We are just a group of consultants working out of an apartment block.
