Mobitel

Mobitel is located at 58 Dattani Park, right off Magadi Road. It's a pretty easy spot to get to if you're in that part of town. We mostly spend our time dealing with mobile phones and everything that goes with them. The shop is small, with just enough room for the display cases and a little bit of space behind the counter. We’ve got a lot of different chargers, covers, and gadgets stuffed into the drawers. It gets a bit crowded when more than three people come in at once. Magadi Road is always loud with traffic, so there’s a constant background noise while we work. We aren't a big chain store. It’s just us here every day. We see a lot of the same people coming in to top up their plans or ask why their screen isn't working. We try to be helpful without making things complicated. If we can't fix something, we usually know someone nearby who can. The shop has been here for a few years now. We have a small stool in the corner where we sit when things are slow. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like being part of the neighborhood. People know they can just drop in and talk to us. We don't use any fancy sales talk, we just tell people what their options are and let them decide. It's a simple shop for simple needs.
