Mobitalk

Mobitalk is our shop situated at BTM Layout 2nd Stage 15th Cross, and we also have a presence at Mahalakshmi Layout 7. We mainly deal with mobile phones and all the small things that go with them. Most of the day is spent fixing cracked screens or trying to figure out why a phone won't charge anymore. It's a small space, usually filled with boxes of screen protectors and various charging cables. We see a lot of people coming in with phones they dropped or software that’s acting up. We aren't a big chain store, just a regular local shop where you can get your device looked at. We carry some basic accessories too, like covers and earphones. If we don’t have a specific part, we usually have to order it and tell the customer to come back in a day or two. It gets a bit crowded behind the counter with all the tiny screws and tools we use. People from around BTM Layout stop by for quick recharges or just to ask questions about their gadgets. We try to be straightforward about what can be fixed and what isn't worth the money. It's just a standard mobile service point, nothing more. We keep regular hours and try to keep up with the new models that come out every month. Sometimes the shop feels too small when three people are waiting at once, but we manage. Most of our tools are laid out on a little workbench behind the glass.
