Mobile Z Touch

Being right on the Mumbai Bangalore Highway means there is always a lot of dust and noise around Mobile Z Touch. We are situated on Banneraghatta Road, which stays busy pretty much twenty-four hours a day. It is a lot of traffic to deal with. Our shop is where we spend most of our time staring at small screens and tiny parts. It’s precise work, and sometimes my eyes get tired by the end of the shift. We see a lot of people coming in with cracked screens or phones that just won’t turn on after a drop. It happens to everyone sooner or later. We have a small counter where we talk to customers and a bench in the back where the actual work happens. The light back there is bright so we can see what we are doing with those miniature screws. Sometimes parts take a day or two to arrive, so we have bits and pieces labeled and sitting in bins. It’s a bit of a juggle keeping track of whose phone is whose, but we have a system that works for us. Travelers often stop by because they’re passing through and had a mishap on the road. We try to get them sorted out quickly so they can get back to their trip. It's nothing fancy, just a workbench, some tools, and a lot of patience. The highway traffic never really stops, so there’s always something to look at out the window.
