Mobile Solutions

We are set up at Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar 3. It’s a small shop called Mobile Solutions and we are right there on the street level. Mostly we are fixing phones that people dropped or that just stopped working for no reason. RT Nagar is a lively area so there is always something happening right outside the door. The shop is pretty small, so if there are more than five people inside, it starts to feel a bit crowded. We have glass cases with some accessories and chargers, but the main part of our day is spent with a screwdriver and a magnifying glass. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know how to handle the electronics. Sometimes people come in just to ask why their apps aren't working, and we help them out if we aren't too backed up with repairs. It’s a simple business. We don't have a website or anything like that, we just rely on people walking by. The lighting inside is a bit bright because we need to see the tiny screws, but it’s a comfortable enough place to spend the day. We get a lot of students and office workers coming in during their lunch breaks. It’s a decent neighborhood to be in. We just try to be honest about what can be fixed and what is a lost cause. That's pretty much all there is to it. The clock on the wall is usually a few minutes fast, but we never bother to fix it. We just keep working. Sometimes the neighbor from the bakery brings over a little bit of bread.
