Mobile Solution

Down in Gandhi Nagar D S Lane, Chickpet Cross 33, you can find our little shop, Mobile Solution. It’s a tiny place compared to the big malls, but we pack a lot into it. We spend most of our time hunched over small screens and circuit boards with magnifying glasses. People bring in phones that have been dropped in water or have cracked screens that look like spiderwebs. It is delicate work, and sometimes our eyes get tired by the end of the day. The street outside, Chickpet Cross, is always buzzing with people and noise, which makes our quiet shop feel like a bit of a sanctuary. We have drawers full of tiny screws and spare parts that we’ve collected over the years. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that; we just rely on people telling their friends that we fixed their phone quickly. Number 33 is easy to miss if you aren't looking for it, but we’ve been here long enough that the locals know us. We see a lot of people who are stressed out because they lost their photos or can’t make a call, and we just do our best to get their device working again. It’s not always possible to fix everything, but we give it a fair shot. We like the challenge of a tricky repair. It keeps the day interesting while we sit here in Gandhi Nagar trying to help out whoever walks in.
