Mobile Com

We’re over at 129 in Ulsoor. It’s a small place, mostly filled with phone cases, chargers, and boxes of spare parts. Mobile Com isn't a big fancy showroom like the ones you see in the malls. We’re just a local spot where people bring their phones when the screen cracks or the battery won't hold a charge anymore. The workbench in the back is always a mess with tiny screws and tools everywhere. It’s tedious work, squinting at those small boards all day, but it’s what we know how to do. We get a lot of people coming in feeling stressed because they dropped their phone, and we just try to see if it can be fixed. Sometimes it’s an easy fix, sometimes it isn’t. We don't use any scripts or corporate talk. We just tell you what’s wrong and how much the part costs. Ulsoor is always noisy, and being right on the street means we hear the traffic all day long. We have a few stools for people to sit on while they wait, but mostly it’s a quick in-and-out kind of place. We started this because we liked taking things apart to see how they worked. Now it’s just our daily job. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in town, just the one that people trust when their tech breaks down. That’s been the goal since the day we opened the doors.
