Mizan Furnitures

Mizan Furnitures is located at 2/B JP Nagar Phase 5. We have been working out of this shop for a good while now. It is mostly a place full of wood, tools, and the smell of sawdust. We don't have a big, shiny showroom with bright lights. Instead, we have the workshop where we actually build things. There are tables and chairs stacked up in the corners, some finished and some waiting for another coat of varnish. The space is a bit small, so we are always moving things around to make room for new materials. JP Nagar Phase 5 is a decent neighborhood, and we see a lot of the same faces walking by every morning. We spend our days measuring, cutting, and hammering. Sometimes the delivery truck gets blocked by traffic and we have to wait on the curb to help unload the heavy planks. It’s hard on the hands and the back, but it is what we do. We have a small desk in the front where we keep the ledger and a few pens. If someone wants a custom piece, we just sketch it out on a scrap of paper and figure it out. Things get a bit messy during the middle of the week, but we try to sweep up before closing. It’s a plain, honest shop. We don’t try to make it look like something it isn’t. We just show up, do the carpentry, and head home once the sun goes down and the street gets quiet.
