Our office and warehouse for Mitipack (India) Pvt. Ltd. is at 73 St. John’s Road. It is a busy part of the city and finding a parking spot can be a real challenge some days. We are mostly surrounded by other small businesses and shops. Inside our space, you will find stacks of cardboard and rolls of packing materials. We focus on packaging, so we are always surrounded by boxes of different shapes and sizes. The smell of paper and adhesive is what hits you when you walk in. It is not a very large building, but we make the most of the space we have. The ceilings are high which helps with stacking the inventory. We have a couple of old desks where we manage the orders and talk to customers on the phone. Sometimes the delivery vans get stuck in the traffic on St. John's Road, which throws our schedule off a bit. We don't have any fancy displays or marketing posters on the walls. It is just a functional area where we get things boxed up and shipped out. The staff has been around for years and we all know how the system works. We drink our tea standing up near the packing tables most mornings. It is a hectic place but it feels like home to us. We just keep moving the boxes.
