So, we are over here in the Multifinz building, second floor. It is on the first main road in Hongasandra, right in the middle of Bommanahalli. If you know Bangalore, you know how the traffic can get around here. Mintin Management Consultants has been operating from this spot for a while now. It’s not a huge fancy skyscraper or anything, just a regular office space where we get our work done. Most days, it’s just the sound of keyboards clicking and someone making tea in the small pantry. We deal with management stuff, looking at numbers and helping businesses figure things out. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. The 2nd floor has a decent view of the street, so you can see the commuters rushing by while we sit through meetings. Sometimes the elevator is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs to get some steps in. We’ve got a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of folders stacked up. People come in, we talk about their business problems, and we try to find a way forward that makes sense for them. It’s a pretty straightforward setup. We don't have any big slogans on the walls. It is just a place where people show up to work every morning and try to do a decent job before heading home through the Bangalore evening rush. That’s pretty much us in a nutshell.
