Mineral Metallurgical Labs

Mineral Metallurgical Labs is tucked away at New BEL Road 22. This is basically where we look at rocks, metals, and all sorts of industrial materials. It is a very practical kind of place. We have grinders, scales, and ovens for treating samples. The air often smells a bit metallic or like hot stone. We spend the day weighing things out and writing down measurements in our logbooks. There is a lot of dust from the crushing process, so we are always cleaning the benches. It’s not the kind of place you’d come to for a fancy chat. We are usually busy with our masks on, handling the samples. New BEL Road is a good area, and we have been at this location for a while. Our neighbors are used to the sounds of our machinery by now. We don't do much in the way of advertising; people usually find us because they need specific testing done for their projects. We keep our tools sharp and our scales calibrated. It is steady work that requires a lot of patience. Sometimes a test takes a long time and we just have to wait it out. We aren't a big corporation with a shiny lobby. We just have our lab and our equipment, and we get the results out to the people who need them. It's a solid, honest way to spend the day.
