Mindware

Our business, Mindware, is located at 3, "The Covenant" on 19th Cross. We are in Bhuvaneshwari Nagar, just off the Darahalli Main Road in Hebbal. It’s a busy part of the city, and the traffic can be a real headache if you’re coming in during the morning rush. The building itself is called The Covenant, which sounds a bit more serious than we actually are. Inside, it’s mostly just a bunch of desks and some old chairs we’ve had for years. We do a lot of technical work, mostly involving computers and software. We don't have a front desk person or anyone to greet you with a smile. Usually, you’ll just find one of us hunched over a monitor trying to solve a bug. We don't use any fancy management styles. We just talk to each other across the room when something needs fixing. It’s a simple way of working, but it works for us. We’ve been in Hebbal for a long time and have seen the main road get wider and noisier every year. Sometimes we grab lunch at the small shops nearby. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people knowing us from previous jobs. It’s honest work and we try to do it well without making a big fuss about it. We’re just regular people trying to run a business. The office window looks out onto the street, so we watch the world go by while we code.
