Mindtree

Mindtree is located in the Madivala area of Bangalore. We are specifically on 13th Cross in Maruthi Nagar. This part of Bangalore is always buzzing with energy. There are so many shops and small businesses around here. Our office is tucked away on the cross road, which is a bit quieter than the main streets, but not by much. We’ve been here for quite some time now. It’s a basic office setup. We have our computers and some chairs, and that’s about it. Bangalore is a big city for tech, but we try to keep things feeling local and approachable. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team. It’s just us doing the work. Usually, the office is full of the sound of typing and people chatting about projects. We get our coffee from the local stall down the street. It’s better than the machine stuff. Finding a parking spot on 13th Cross can be a nightmare, so most of us just take the bus or use scooters. We don't put on any acts here. If you walk in, you’ll see us exactly as we are, probably a bit stressed but getting through the day. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just show up and do what needs to be done. It’s a practical way to run a business in a city that’s always moving so fast. We like the vibe of Maruthi Nagar.
