Mindtree Ltd-Tva Allegis

We are based at 127 WOC Road in Mahalakshmipuram, which is in the first stage of the neighborhood here in Bangalore. The office is where we handle things for Mindtree and Allegis. It’s a pretty standard setup for this part of town. We have rows of desks and everyone has their own little space with their photos and mugs. It’s a bit of a walk from the bus stop, but it’s not too bad unless it’s raining. We have a small break room where we keep the kettle and some snacks, though someone always forgets to buy more milk. The work we do is mostly about managing people and projects. It involves a lot of time spent on the computer and talking on headsets. It’s not a flashy environment. We don’t have those indoor slides or games you hear about in some tech companies. We just have our work and we try to do it well. The building is okay, though the windows could probably use a good cleaning one of these days. We’ve been here for a while now and we have a routine that works for us. Most of the staff has been here for a couple of years, so we all know how things run. It’s a steady place to be and we just keep plugging away at our tasks day after day.
