Mindspeed Integrated Solutions is tucked away in the Silverline Saffire Apartments on the ground floor, G-2. It’s in Sarvabhaumanagar, specifically 2nd Main and 3rd Cross. If you know where the HSBC is, we are right behind that. It’s a quiet corner of Bangalore, which is nice for getting work done. The office is just a regular ground-floor unit. We didn't do much to change it, so it feels more like a home than a business. We do a lot of tech and integrated solutions here, but we don't use all the fancy buzzwords. We just fix problems as they come up. The team is small, maybe five or six of us on a good day. We have a lot of cables and hardware lying around because that’s just the nature of the work. Sometimes the landlord comes by to chat, and we take a break. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just want to make sure the things we build actually work for the people using them. The address is a bit of a mouthful, 91/139-35, but once you find the apartment building, it’s easy. We don't have a big sign outside. Most people find us through word of mouth or by looking for the HSBC landmark. It’s a practical way to run a business, keeping things low-key and focusing on the tasks at hand. It keeps the bills paid and the customers happy enough.
