Mindsoft Consulting India is based right here in Bangalore. We’ve been operating in the city for a good while now, through all the changes and the growth. Our office is a pretty straightforward place. It’s not one of those high-rise buildings with a glass elevator. We just have a regular floor with desks, some old filing cabinets, and a kitchen area that usually smells like coffee. Being in Bangalore, we are right in the thick of things. We do consulting work, which mostly means we spend our days looking at spreadsheets, talking to people, and trying to solve problems for other companies. We don’t really have a "culture" in the way big companies talk about it. We just have a group of people who get along well enough and do their jobs. Some of us take the bus, others have cars, but we all complain about the same traffic every morning. The work can be a bit repetitive, but it’s what we know. We don't put out a lot of brochures or have big meetings to talk about the future. We just focus on the tasks we have today. If a client needs something, we look into it. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve grown a bit over the years, but the core of what we do hasn't really changed. It’s just a solid, local consulting business without any extra fluff.
