The office is right there on Begur Main Road, basically opposite Classic Paradise and near the Arali Mara bus stop. It’s a busy area and the noise from the traffic usually drifts inside during the day. We are located at 738, care of P. Nagaraj, so it has that local feel to it. People often use the bus stop as a landmark to find us. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and computers where we handle consulting work for different clients. We deal with a lot of people looking for jobs and companies trying to fill seats. It gets a bit chaotic when we have several interviews lined up at once, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. Bangalore is full of people trying to find their way, and we’re just one of the spots on the map where that happens. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s more of a functional space where we drink a lot of coffee and stay on the phone for hours. Begur Main Road has changed a lot over the years with more shops and buildings popping up, but the Arali Mara stays the same. We try to keep our head down and get the work done. It isn't always glamorous, but it’s what we do. The rain sometimes makes the road a mess, but we still show up and get through the pile of resumes waiting for us.
