Our office is situated in Sulthanpalya, which is part of the RT Nagar area. We are at number 4 on the IInd E Cross. It is a bit tucked away from the main road, which is nice because it is not as noisy. RT Nagar is an old and established part of Bangalore with lots of houses and small shops. Our building is a simple one, nothing too modern. We handle holding and investment matters here. It is mostly a lot of meetings and paperwork. The street is narrow, so parking can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. Most of us just use two-wheelers to get around. There is a small park nearby where people go for walks. The atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed. We are not the type to wear formal suits every day. We know the local shopkeepers around the cross. It is a friendly neighborhood. We have been working out of this Sulthanpalya office for several years. The rooms are filled with files and computers. We usually have tea brought in from the corner stall in the mornings and afternoons. It is a routine that works for us. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to stay organized. It is a quiet spot to get work done without too many distractions. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we have been too busy to get around to it. We have a small shared kitchen where we keep our lunches. It is a modest place but it works.
