Running Midas Manpower Solution keeps us pretty busy every single day. We are located out on Bagalur Golden Palm Resort Road, right in Makali Village off Tumkur Road. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center but there is a lot of activity happening around here with all the new developments. We spend most of our time talking to people who are looking for work and companies that need extra hands. It’s not always easy matching everyone up perfectly but we do what we can. Our office is simple, just a place to keep the paperwork and meet people who come in from the village and nearby areas. We deal with a lot of different types of workers and different job sites. Sometimes things get a bit hectic, especially on Monday mornings when everyone is trying to figure out where they need to be. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and have gotten to know the locals around Tumkur Road quite well. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure people get paid and jobs get covered. It’s practical work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to make things function for the businesses that rely on us. There is always something that needs sorting out, but that is just how we operate.
