Microfusion Technology

Microfusion Technology is a small shop located at 10/27 on 3rd Street in the Mohameth Pura area of Salem. Salem is a place where people know their neighbors, and our street is no different. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, providing tech services to the local community. The office is small and can get quite warm in the summer, but we have our fans going and we stay busy. We don't have a big corporate structure. It's just a couple of us who know a lot about electronics and hardware. When you walk in, you'll see shelves stacked with various components and tools. There isn't a lot of space for customers to sit, but we always make room for a chat about what needs to be fixed. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to make sure the devices people bring us work the way they are supposed to. Sometimes we get parts that are hard to find, and that takes some time, but we tell people the truth about how long it will take. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon. If something is broken, we explain why in plain English. The street outside can be busy with people going about their day, and we feel like a part of that daily rhythm. It's a simple business run by local people. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy uniform. We just wear what is comfortable and get to work every morning.
