Tessolve Semicinducor is located at Plot No.231 in Phase-II of Electronic City. It’s a big area and there are plenty of other companies around us, but we just stick to our corner. The building is functional and straightforward. Inside, you’ll see rows of testing equipment and people in lab coats or just regular clothes depending on what they are doing that day. It isn't a place for show; it’s a place for testing and checking things carefully. We spend a lot of time looking at tiny parts and running programs on the computers. The air conditioning is usually humming in the background because of all the machines we have running. We have a small break area where people sit and chat about things other than work for a bit. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and the security guard is the only one left in the lobby. It’s not always exciting, but it’s steady work. We don’t spend money on fancy furniture or art for the walls. We’d rather have the right tools for the jobs we take on. People here are mostly quiet and focused on their stations. It’s just a group of people who know a lot about electronics trying to get through the daily list of tasks without making too many mistakes along the way. We’ve been here for a while and the routine just works for us.
