Our office is located in Ulsoor, right on 1st Street in a building called Bhuvaneshwari Nilaya. It’s a residential-feeling area, which is quite nice compared to the really busy commercial parts of Bangalore. We are set up here under the care of Narayana Murthy. It’s not a big corporate park with glass walls; it’s more of a traditional house that’s been turned into a workspace. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day, like the vendors on the street or the neighbors talking. We spend our time doing administrative and service work. The space is a bit tight because we have desks and files everywhere, but we make it work. It’s got a bit of an old-school Bangalore feel to it. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby. Usually, if you come by, you’ll just see us busy at our computers or on the phone. The street outside is narrow, so parking is always a bit of a headache, but that’s just how Ulsoor is. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while and we like being in this part of the city. It feels more personal than being in a giant office tower. We just do our daily tasks, keep the files organized, and try to stay on top of things. It’s a quiet, steady kind of environment for the most part, and we just get our work done.
