We operate out of Geneva House on Cunningham Road. It’s house number 14. To find us, you have to look for Ramana’s place or ask around for Vishwanatha. It’s a bit of a shared setup with other people, which can be confusing for people visiting the first time. The office is tucked away, so it’s relatively quiet compared to all the main road noise. We deal with various parts and technical stuff every day. There’s usually a lot of files and boxes sitting around in the corners. We don't have a big reception desk with someone waiting to greet you in a suit. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from what we’re doing. Bangalore has changed a lot, but this little corner of the city feels much the same as it did years ago. We’ve been here for a long time. We spend our days mostly on the phone or looking at orders on the computer. It’s not glamorous work. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, and we just sit and wait it out with a cup of coffee. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just focus on getting the right parts to the people who ordered them. It’s a practical way to run things without any fuss. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the paperwork.
