Mewa Steel Suppliers is located at 13/1 in the Sri Muneaswara Industrial Estate over in Peenya. If you know Peenya, you know it’s a place of heavy industry and lots of noise. Our yard is where we keep all the steel beams, rods, and plates. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, especially when a new delivery comes in. We use a small crane to move the heavy stuff around. The office is just a tiny little spot at the front where we keep the scales and the invoice books. It’s always covered in a bit of iron dust, no matter how much we clean it. We’ve been supplying steel to local builders and shops for many years. We aren't a big corporation; we’re just a local supplier trying to keep things moving. We don't have a marketing department or any fancy slogans. People know us because we’ve been here at the same spot in the industrial estate for a long time. We start the day early, before the sun gets too hot, and we usually work until the last truck is loaded up. It’s loud and it’s heavy work, but it’s what we do. If you need some steel, you just drive in and we see what we can do for you. The tea shop next door is where we usually take our breaks.
