Metwood Industries

We are located at 46/1 on Tumkur Road. If you know Tumkur Road, you know it is a major artery with a lot of heavy vehicles. Our facility is right there in the mix. We handle industrial wood and metal work, which is why we need a spot with good road access. The building is large and mostly open to let the air circulate, which is necessary when we are cutting or welding. It is a gritty environment, very practical. We do not have any fancy signs or a polished lobby. It is just a place of work. I have been coming here every morning for years, usually arriving before the traffic gets too bad. The trucks on Tumkur Road never seem to stop, day or night. You get used to the vibration after a while. We have a small crew, and everyone knows their role. We do not spend much time on talk; we just get the machines running. The noise is constant, a mix of saws and grinders. We keep a cooler of water in the corner because it gets dry and dusty in there. We keep the back door open for a breeze, even if it lets in more dust. It is the kind of place where you have to watch your step. We just care that the pieces we send out are solid. It is a tough location, but it is where we belong.
