Metro Steel And Metalloys is located in the Peenya Industrial Area. We are at number 268 on the 1st Cross, in the 4th Phase. Arvind Motors is just nearby, so that is how most people find our gate. Peenya is a huge place and it can be easy to get lost, but the 4th Phase is a bit more organized. We deal with all kinds of steel products and different alloys. Our yard is usually quite messy with metal bars and plates everywhere. It is a heavy business. We use cranes and a lot of manual labor to move things onto the trucks. The noise of metal clanging is something you get used to after a week of working here. It is hot in the summer under the tin roof, but we just keep the water bottles full and keep working. We supply to many of the smaller workshops in the area. We don’t have a fancy website or a sales team in suits. We just talk to people on the phone or when they drive into the yard. Sometimes a batch of steel isn’t exactly what the customer wanted, so we have to swap it out. That is just how the metal business goes. We have been at this 268 address for a long time. It is a tough way to make a living, but it is what we know.
