Metro Casting

We are located at Factory No-34 on 1st Cross, right off Hosur Road in Bommanahalli. Gold Hill Square is the big landmark nearby that helps people find the turn. Metro Casting is a basic factory setup where we do various types of metal work and casting. It’s a noisy place because of the machines and the industrial area. We’ve been in this spot for several years now. The floor is usually covered in dust or metal shavings, which is just part of the job. It’s not a clean office environment. We have a small group of workers who know their way around the equipment. The traffic on Hosur Road can be a nightmare sometimes, so getting materials in and out takes a bit of planning. We don’t have any marketing people here. We just take the orders and get to work on the floor. The heat from the casting process makes the factory quite warm in the afternoons. We have a small desk for paperwork but most of the action happens on the machines. It’s a practical business and we don’t try to make it sound like something else. People come to us because they know where the factory is and that we’ve been here a long time. We just keep our heads down and keep the machines running. It’s a lot of physical work and long hours. There’s no lounge or anything, just the shop floor and our tools.
