Metallicon Industries

Our place is out in Peenya, specifically at A-15 on the 1st Main Road. If you know the industrial estate, you know it’s a lot of noise and movement. Metallicon Industries has been in this spot for a good bit now. It’s a workshop environment, so there is always some dust and the sound of machines running. We aren't the type to wear suits here. Most of us are in work clothes because things get messy. The 2nd Stage area is pretty packed with other units, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We just focus on the manufacturing side of things. It’s a straightforward shop floor. We don't have a fancy front office with air conditioning that works all the time. Instead, we have stacks of material and tools everywhere. It’s how we like to work, honestly. You walk in and you see exactly what we are doing. No one here is trying to impress anybody with big words. We just look at the orders, get the machines ready, and start the shift. Some days are longer than others when a big job comes in. We’ve had the same crew for a while, and we all know where everything is kept. It’s a practical way to run things. The area is industrial through and through, and we fit right in with the rest of the gates on this road. It is just honest work.
