Down in the Peenya Industrial Area, specifically at Plot No. 409 on 11th Cross in the 4th Phase, you will find us at Metal Storage Systems Pvt. Ltd. Being in an industrial area means there is always a lot of noise and a lot of dust. It’s just the nature of the place. Our facility is a large shed-like structure where we keep all the storage racks and units we put together. It gets quite hot under the metal roof during the summer months, so we keep the big fans running all day long. We have a small office partitioned off in one corner where the computer and the files live. It’s not very quiet, but we’ve learned to talk over the sound of the machines. We’ve been here for a number of years now, and we know most of the people on the 11th Cross. We often share a meal or a tea with the guys from the neighboring plots. Our work is pretty straightforward—we make things to hold other things. It’s practical and necessary work. We don’t spend money on marketing or fancy brochures. Most people find us because they saw our racks somewhere else or someone told them about us. We just focus on getting the measurements right and making sure things are sturdy enough to last.
