Metal Mask Associates

You’ll find us over at 159 Kellamma Temple Road in Hinkal. Metal Mask Associates is basically a workshop where we deal with all sorts of metal tasks. It’s not a large factory, just a decent-sized space where we can work. The temple is right nearby, so we hear the bells and the people passing by all the time. Hinkal has grown a lot, but this street still feels a bit more traditional. We have our tools scattered around, and there is usually the smell of welding or grinding in the air. It’s a bit messy, but that’s how a workshop should be. We don't have a receptionist or anything. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the back working on something. We do whatever metal jobs come our way, from small repairs to slightly bigger pieces. The floor is usually covered in scrap and shavings. We just sweep it up at the end of the week. It’s a small team here, mostly guys who have been doing this for years. We don't have a polished corporate image. We’re just local people who know how to work with our hands. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to take a break, but we usually get things finished on time. It’s a simple, honest way to work and we like being part of the Hinkal community. We just keep our heads down and get the fabrication done.
