We are over in Basavangudi at number 23, in a building called Shaan on P.T. Road. It’s really close to South End Circle, which is a major landmark in this part of Bangalore. Basavangudi is a nice place to be, very traditional with a lot of character. Our office is functional, with plenty of desks and a lot of paper moving around. We do a lot of assessment and testing services, which means we’re often busy organizing things for schools or companies. It’s not the most exciting work to describe, but it’s important and we take it seriously. The Shaan building is an older one, but it’s well-maintained. We like being near the circle because it’s easy for people to find us, even if the traffic is a nightmare sometimes. There are plenty of small shops and eateries nearby, so we never go hungry during the day. The office doesn't have any of those modern open-plan designs; it’s more traditional with separate rooms and actual walls. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t even notice the noise from P.T. Road anymore. We aren't a big corporate machine, just a local branch doing our part. People stop by to drop off forms or ask about their results. It’s a steady pace of work. We don't have a fancy reception, just a desk near the door where someone can help you out when you walk in. We keep some extra pens on the counter.
